Here’s a beautiful solo piano version of Woody Herman’s “Early Autumn” arranged for a ballet class adagio exercise.

“Early Autumn” is an American jazz standard composed by Ralph Burns and Woody Herman and recorded by many jazz greats like Stan Getz and Ella Fitzgerald.
This solo piano version can be used as a stand alone piano piece but also to accompany ballet classes. It works for any slow exercises like adagio or port de bras.

The song is arranged and recorded by Peter James and released on his album “Music for Ballet Class – MORE Songs from the 1940s”.
